Rentals are only on a weekly basis at 7,525 euros per week during the high season.

The villa is reserved when the 30% deposit has been paid in. The reservation is confirmed once the balance has been received, 30 days ahead of arrival date. If the remaining amount is not paid 30 days before arrival date, the reservation is canceled and the deposit is not refunded.

Before any reservation, check villa rental availability.

All transfer costs from and to Marseille airport or Aix-en-Provence TGV station or after checking-out can be organized but directly paid by the guest.

Luxury holidays between the sea and the mountains

As the villa and its contents are in perfect conditions of use and functioning upon arrival, a deposit is required on the check-in date, either by cash or by bank check. The amount of the deposit is 1000 euros for each stay.

The deposit is refundable after check-out inventory and, when applicable, after deduction of reparation cost. But if repairing is not possible, the cost of replacing any furniture, electrical machine or object damaged by the guest’s fault or negligence will be charged. If the deposit amount does not cover the damages thus caused, an additional invoice will be established and sent to the guest for payment within 8 days at the latest of its dispatched date.

[ Villa “Les Anges” : reservation Payment terms for your holiday stay

A reservation is only valid when the deposit of 30% of the total rental is paid in by bank transfer to Cordial’s account, under the reference of “Villa Les Anges”.

To confirm the reservation, the outstanding balance must be paid in no later than 30 days before the arrival date at Villa Les Anges. Otherwise, the reservation is considered canceled and the guest cannot claim any refund.

The minimum holiday stay in Villa Les Anges being 7 days, the rentals are calculated on a weekly basis, bearing in mind a check-in at 2 p.m. and a check-out at 12 p.m. For stays of more than a week, the rates will be adapted and agreed with the House manager.
